What does SignalScout actually find?
Public posts and comments where someone describes a problem you solve, asks for a recommendation, or wants an alternative to a product they already use. Brand mentions with no useful intent do not have to reach your inbox.
How is this different from a keyword alert?
A keyword alert finds matching text. SignalScout reads the post against your product, ideal customer, and problem, then scores problem fit, customer fit, and intent. It keeps the source text and reasons beside the verdict so you can judge it yourself.
